This website is operated by Augustine Hat Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Augustine Hat Co. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here or available by link. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. 3. Products and availability

We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. Our hats are natural-fiber and often hand-woven, so slight variation in shade, weave, and shaping between individual pieces is normal and is not a defect. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately.

Products may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, at our discretion. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

If you sign up for a back-in-stock alert, that alert is a courtesy notification only. It does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

4. Sizing and fit

Head measurements and size guidance provided on our product pages are approximate and intended as a guide. Fit varies by individual head shape and by how you prefer to wear a hat. Sizing information does not constitute a guarantee of fit. Please see our Refund Policy for what happens if a hat does not fit.

5. Pricing, orders, and payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or inaccuracy in a product description, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected orders, including after an order has been submitted.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, apply to full-price items only, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order. We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time.

7. Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping timelines, processing times, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Augustine Hat Co. name and logo, product photography, illustrations, size guide artwork, written copy, and site design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without our express written permission.

9. Your content, reviews, and photos

If you submit a review, comment, photo, suggestion, or other material to us, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our website, in our marketing, and on social media, with credit where practical.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share anything you submit, that it does not violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for your submissions and their accuracy.

You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our site.
