Augustine Hat Co. ("we," "us," "our") sells hats and accessories at augustinehatco.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

- Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the items you buy.
- Payment information — card details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
- Marketing sign-ups — your email address, and your phone number if you opt in to text messages.
- Back-in-stock requests — your email address, and the specific product and size you asked to be notified about.
- Reviews and photos — anything you submit as a product review, including a name or initials you choose to display.
- Customer service messages — the contents of emails, texts, or social media messages you send us.
- Affiliate and referral information — if you join our affiliate program, the details you provide to enrol.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we collect device and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, items viewed and added to cart, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from our service providers, such as shipping carriers, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, and advertising and social media platforms.

4. Back-in-stock alerts and marketing messages
If you ask to be notified when an item returns, we use your email address to send you that alert. We may also add you to our general marketing list and send you occasional emails about new arrivals, restocks, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us.
If you opt in to text messages, we send marketing texts to the number you provide using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Transactional messages about an order you have placed are not marketing and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information. Back-in-stock requests are removed once the alert has been sent or the request is no longer current.

9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries.
