Refund policy

Finding a hat you love and feel confident in is our goal! 

We gladly accept exchanges for any full priced item, returned within 30 days of receiving it. 

Please note returns are only eligible for exchanges  of equal price. 

 

To insure you receive full credit for an exchange, all return items must:

-be in the original packaging

-unworn and in original condition (no makeup marks/ wear marks etc)

- all tags attached
