I appreciate hand written note but hat is much too large for M/L even with strap. Box badly damaged on arrival. Quality of felt is keeping me from returning since refund policy is only for store credit for another hat of same quality that might be too small to even wear. Not sure what to do.
Hi! If you ever have issues with the fit or quality you can reach out to us! We would've loved to help come up with a solution that worked for you. The M/L is 59cm around, our S/M is 57cm around, you can measure around your head in advance to see which works best for you. Each hat has an adjustable strap to help tighten if the fit isn't perfect within those two options. We offer a refund of store credit or compltely free exchanges, which we cover all 3 shipping costs (shipping the inital hat, the rerurn of the intital hat, and the shipping of the new one), along with all the fees, & wages we like to pay our employees.
